What is Applique?
Applique is a combination of embroidery and fabric to create a unique look. Commonly used on sweatshirts for sport logos and text. Also done on back of jerseys for names and numbers.
Ordering Applique
There are three tiers to ordering applique.
1. Stock Name and/or Number: No Set-Up Fees! Can be in 1 or 2 colors with 2 font options. Names are either 2 or 3 inches tall. Numbers are 2 to 12 inches tall. Text is straight without any special formats.
2. Deluxe Number: $29.99 – $45 Set-up Fee. Can be in 1, 2 or 3 colors. There are 12 different fonts to choose from. Numbers are 2 to 12 inches tall.
3. Custom Applique: $45+ Set Up Fee. This fee is based on how complicated the design is. We can give accurate pricing once a design is approved. Any design can be applique as long as it doesn’t have too many small details. You can do basic text or your company logo!
Choosing which route is best for you may be confusing. A sales associate will be happy to walk you through all the steps to find out which tier is best for you!

Pricing is complicated since so many variables are involved. It is based on quantities, stitches, type of garments, and number of locations. To give you the most accurate pricing, please request a quote on the Contact Us page.

There is not a minimum requirement for applique but please note that you will receive better pricing the more pieces you order.
We have samples of all the different fabrics and colors in store. When you stop in to place an order a sales associate will show you all your options.
Applique can be done with Twill, Felt, and Cotton Fray. Each have their own unique look and will wear differently after multiple washes.
